Ignite Women's Trading Program
An invite-only, weeklong introductory program for sophomore women interested in exploring a career in trading.
Overview
Markets are complex, data-rich and fast-moving – a veritable playground for the curious and creative mathematical mind.
For the first time ever, we’re pleased to convene some of the brightest female talent from around the world for an immersive opportunity to learn how to translate their skills and talents from the classroom to the trading desk.
Curriculum
During the weeklong event, students will engage in overviews of market making and financial products and participate in trading exercises to practice applying their quantitative skills.
They’ll also get ample opportunity to learn about our firm and engage with colleagues ready to introduce them to the world of trading.

Eligibility Requirements
- Participants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or another highly quantitative field
- Students must be graduating in 2027 (e.g., sophomore in a 4-year program)
